Who is Charles Niesen

I’m Charles Niesen, founder and owner of Niesen Construction. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in residential construction, I’ve built my business — and my reputation — on a simple principle: do the kind of work you’d be proud to have in your own home.

My path into construction wasn’t handed to me. I came up the hard way, learning every trade from the ground up and figuring out how to earn trust the right way — through hard work, straight talk, and showing up when others didn’t. That upbringing shaped how I run my projects and how I treat my clients: with honesty, respect, and the kind of personal care you don’t always find in this industry.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building everything from custom homes to backyard ADUs, full remodels to simple handyman jobs. No matter the size of the project, I treat every home like it’s my own and every client like family.Speaking of family — I’m a husband, a father of four, and a proud grandfather. Family means everything to me, and that’s why I take so much pride in helping other families build safe, lasting, beautiful spaces to call home.If you’re planning a project or just need advice on where to start, I’m always happy to talk.
